You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After that, we won’t be able to offer a refund or swap, so be sure to reach out sooner rather than later.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Some items can’t be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:
Perishable goods (like snacks, flowers, or herbs)
Intimate or sanitary items
Flammable liquids or hazardous materials
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Certain health and personal care items
You might receive a partial refund if:
A book shows obvious signs of use
Media like CDs, DVDs, vinyl, or games have been opened
Items are returned damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items are returned after the 30-day window
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm it’s arrived and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the bank-side magic to complete.
If you haven’t seen it hit your account:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to officially post.
Then contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
We’ll replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Need an exchange for the same item? Just contact us using our Contact Form and we’ll take care of you.
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
Once we receive the item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift or it was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
Please contact us for return authorization and the correct return address before sending anything back.
You’re responsible for return shipping costs (unless we made an error).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from it.
Tip: If your item is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance—we can't guarantee return delivery otherwise.
